What do I need for class?

A water bottle and a towel.

How do I book a class?

If you haven't already, download the I Can Fitness app for your location (Lauderhill | Miami Gardens). With the app you will be able to easily view schedules and book, cancel and reschedule classes.

If I'm running late for class can someone hold my spot?

We’re all about gym buddies, but you are the only one that can book and claim your spot in class.

What are your app reservation rules?

We allow clients to sign up for classes in the I Can Fitness app in advance of the class. Here are the rules:

  • Reservations are available up to 14 days prior to the class start time, and close 5 minutes prior to the start time.
  • You must check in on the app at least 15 minutes prior to class start time.
Note: You must be physically present five minutes prior to the start of your scheduled class or your spot may be given to a waitlisted client.

I have issues with (part of the body). Can I still do your workout?

Absolutely. Our coaches are trained to provide options for each exercise.

I haven't worked out in a long time? Can I still do the workout?

Of course. I Can Fitness is geared toward ALL levels of fitness and everyone is free and encouraged to go at their own pace. We recommend discussing any thoughts or questions you may have regarding your fitness goals with one of our coaches.

Can I get a refund?

Classes and membership packages are non-refundable. No exceptions. We strongly plea with you to be modest in your initial membership purchases, and to make sure you like us, can reach the venue, and like what we do before making extravagant purchases.

What does my membership include?

Access to classes at the Miami Gardens studio (registration required)
Specialty classes (registration required)
K.I.S.S boot camps (registration required)

What is the drop-in cost?

$15 for members and non-members

Can I freeze my membership?

I Can Fitness allows its members to freeze their accounts. There is an $20 administrative fee associated with putting your membership on hold (up to 3 months). After 3 months, your membership will be resumed or terminated. Verification from your physician must be provided if injured for longer than 3 months or additional charges will incur.

Can I use my membership at any studio?

Your membership can only be used at the studio for which it was purchased.

Can I leave my kids or pets in the lobby while I attend class?

We’d love to share the I Can Fitness love with everyone, but because we understand that the needs of children and pets are very different from adults, I Can Fitness does not allow children or pets to remain in the lobby area. All children and pets must be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times.

I accidentally left items in the studio. What next?

We love presents, but unfortunately we can’t be liable for items left in the studio.
